Scotland’s Celebration of Food & Drink and Arts & Crafts

About Scotfest

Scotfest has since 2008, been an annual celebration of Scotland’s food and drink and arts and crafts  with an aim to promote Scottish and in particular Clackmannanshire based talent. The event takes place within the picturesque Cochrane Park, Alva, at the foot of the Ochil Hills.

In 2012, The Discover Clackmannanshire tourism group aquired the rights to stage Scotfest from events company, Synergy Event Solutions with an ambition to develop the festival as a community asset.

Scotfest will unfortunately not take place in 2013, but the community are looking forward to re-launching the event in the future, in particular to celebrate Scotland’s  2015 Year of Food and Drink.

Discover Clackmannanshire, is a not for profit group of business representatives from within the tourism sector.  The group was constituted in 2011 and was created specifically to look at ways to support businesses throughout Clackmannanshire by bringing new visitors to the area and by  increasing awareness of what Clackmannanshire has to offer.
